Terms and Conditions/Enquiry Form
This can be made by French Bank cheque, PayPal, Bank Transfer or cash. Your deposit will be around 20% rounded up to make life easier all round (example 20% of 130 Euros is 26 Euros we would ask for 30 Euros). Once we have received your deposit we will send you confirmation which will show the deposit paid and the amount outstanding. All deposits are non refundable. Your reservation is secured only on payment of your deposit. Your deposit should be paid within 10 days of making your reservation. After 10 days we reserve the right to resell the accommodation. If you have a problem paying the deposit please contact us as soon as possible.
Your room will be available from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement. We do not accept arrivals after 19:00hrs unless by prior arrangement (we will be serving dinner from 19:30 onwards). If you are arriving on a early flight we are happy to accept your luggage and will place it in your room when it becomes available.
Payment must be made on arrival for those staying one night. For guests staying more than one night we request payment the night before departure. We are unable to process credit/debit cards on site.
We ask that you vacate your room by 12:00 at the latest. If you have a late flight we are happy for you to enjoy the rest of the house and grounds.
We ask that you make your room available from 10:30 onwards each day so that we can clean the room, change bedding as required, empty the bin and replenish consumables.
